Señora Ana, at the counter, had an exceptional customer service, experienced, courteous and professional customer service..
Excellent customer service it a rare thing le on days,
For corporate or owner,
Ana is without a shadow of a doubt an asset to the company, that should be considered for a management position or manager assistant, at least an increase of her pay roll..
Excellent food, by the way..
Burrito chipotle y avocado is yummy...

Why 2 Stars? Easy. 20 minute wait for chicken from a place who's name translates into Crazy Chicken...
Tried to tap in with my folks on a Thursday at 730pm, and they hit me with the worst news ever. Ya boy was tryin to watch his figure so I ordered a Chicken & Avocado wrap ***more on this later***, and a 4pc combo. MAAAAAAAAAAN everything was smooth sailing until I dropped the chicken order....
BOOM! Just like that i receive the worst news ever "Sir, it's gonna be a 20-25 minute wait for the chicken." I tried to be slick and order a 2pc instead.... SIKE ain't shit changed "still a 20-25 minute wait." The woman working the drive-thru was fortunately a pleasure and we laughed about this chicken catastrophe, which calmed me down and took my mind off the fact that I had been betrayed by someone/something I trusted. Initial i thought about waiting, but realized it would be quicker to hatch/raise/slaughter/prep/cook my own bird at home than wait here...
**Chicken & Avocado wrap**
To be honest I don't know where they got the chicken for this thing at but i ate it.... The food i got was good & flavorful, the first half ate like a burrito/wrap should while the second half quickly turned into a "taco salad without the taco" which was cool because i really appreciated spilling 1/2 of my food back into the tray and eating the rest with my fingers like a small child.
In conclusion I'd like to officially call El Polo Loco the Little Cesar's of the chicken game...
"It's hot and ready, if you'll be ready in half an hour"
Imagine waiting in-n-out times for chicken.
Imagine writing this long ass review for fast food chicken.
(Can't front tho.. imma still eat here in the future)
2/5 stars because y'all ain't shit -

Stopped by this El Pollo Loco location since I was going to shop by Target in the same plaza. The place was a bit dirty with food on the floor and tables. The cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there and her attitude wasn't the greatest. After I got my food I noticed that the cilantro pieces weren't cut properly and we're huge chunks. The chicken was hard and dry which indicates it was either overcooked or left under a heat lamp for a long period. Gets fairly busy during lunch hours which is normal for most food places. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're really craving El Pollo loco and have to have it.

I ordered for and payed for a 12 piece family dinner but only got 10 pieces. I did not get what I payed for. I guess this establishment does not value integrity.

Tried this for the first time. It was really good. Feel like it's a underrated fast food place on the western side of the United States. Got the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito. I'd fully recommend trying it if you're out west and want some good chicken.
